Taylor Swift dubs the ‘Eras Tour’ her best one yet: ‘Fun, powerful, wonderful’

Taylor Swift embarked on the record-breaking ‘Eras Tour’ in March 2023 and has played upto 149 shows

As The Eras Tour is nearing its final bow, Taylor Swift couldn’t be more thankful for the fans who made it unforgettable.

During her second-to-last show at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver on Saturday, December 7, the international pop sensation expressed her gratitude to Swifties for turning the tour into what she called her “most fun, joyful, exciting, intense, powerful, and wonderful” experience yet.

“This is the longest tour I’ve ever done…because I never wanted it to end,” Swift, 34, shared, according to fan footage on X (formerly Twitter), adding that it was all because the fans “made it into such a wonderful experience” for the entire Eras Tour team.

The 14-time Grammy winner credited the fans’ creativity, from their traditions to the now-iconic friendship bracelets, saying, “I wrote one line in a song that mentions ‘make the friendship bracelets,’…. And you guys made friendship bracelets… you’ve kind of made that idea synonymous with the Eras Tour. That’s a pretty wild thing you can do. And that’s just one of the things.”

The Eras Tour, which began in March 2023, has taken Swift across dozens of cities and five continents with a three-hour setlist spanning her entire discography.

Beyond the stage, Swift has been dominating streaming platforms: Spotify Wrapped, Apple Music, and Amazon Music all crowned her the top artist of 2024, with The Tortured Poets Department named the year’s most-streamed album.

Swift’s final Eras Tour performance takes place Sunday, December 8, in Vancouver, capping off a tour that shattered records and cemented her as the defining artist of a generation.
