Scarlett Johansson edges out Elon Musk in surprising win

Elon Musk falls short against Scarlett Johansson in high-stakes battle

Scarlett Johansson’s latest mention in Time Magazine’s Most Influential People in AI has sparked outrage worldwide.

A magazine known for showcasing the brightest minds in artificial intelligence faced criticism for snubbing Elon Musk in its most prestigious category.

Despite playing a key role in the founding of The Boring Company, xAI, Neuralink, and OpenAI, Musk has been out of the limelight for quite some time.

Instead of honouring the owner of SpaceX, the magazine chose to feature Black Widow star among the 18 cover personalities.

This comes after the actress was approached by OpenAI, the driving force behind ChatGPT, with a request to use Scarlett’s voice for the creation of their new chatbot.

Even though Scarlett turned down the offer, the company still used a similar voice, which left her and her family in hysterics.

The 39-year-old signed up for a legal battle, using her platform to lobby against deepfakes.

In a tumultuous turn of events, the company removed the voice and didn’t provide any justification for their previous act.

For the unversed, the cover also features the most influential people in the world, including Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia, Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, and Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta.
