Prince Harry fails to support his own stance by taking shock move
Prince Harry left the world shocked by his unexpected decision ahead of his beloved wife Meghan Markle’s birthday.
The Duke of Sussex has been called out for his ‘hypocritical’ approach to his security claims after the former working royal announced his tour to crime hotspot Colombia
For the unversed, the Montecito couple, who often expressed their concerns about their security in the UK, has accepted Colombia’s Vice President Francia Márquez’s invitation in a surprising move.
Notably, GB News earlier reported that the UK and US governments have already advised their citizens to avoid travelling to the South American country due to the “risk of terrorism, civil unrest and kidnapping.”
Now, a senior royal commentator, Richard Fitzwilliams, addressed the Sussex’s future tour and called their move ‘hypocritical’ after constant moaning over security threats in the UK.
In conversation with The Sun, he said, “I think first what people will think when they see this, Harry’s been sounding off about how dangerous it is to his family, and he needs automatic police protection.”
Richard believes if the Duke of Sussex hadn’t commented about Britain being dangerous for him and his family in an ITV documentary, then his decision to tour Colombia might not sound “weird” to royal fans.
