Meghan Markle partners with Lemonada to breathe new life into the podcast series
Meghan Markle’s relaunched Archetypes podcast is garnering attention for its perceived reflection of the Duchess of Sussex’s evolving celebrity status, according to an expert analysis.
The podcast, revamped following her recent partnership with Lemonada and her departure from her previous Spotify deal, now features the re-release of its initial 13 episodes, which included interviews with notable figures like Mariah Carey, Jameela Jamil, and Mindy Kaling.
The updated podcast cover maintains the striking black-and-white image of Meghan, gazing directly into the camera while clad in a white vest top.
However, notable changes include the title, now Archetypes with Meghan, displayed in purple hues instead of the original green, alongside prominent branding from Lemonada in the bottom corner.
A body language expert has weighed in, interpreting the choice of the black-and-white photograph as indicative of Meghan’s renewed focus on her celebrity status.
“The alteration in layout and color may appear minor, but it carries significant implications,” James explains.
“The new format resembles the cover of a glossy magazine, positioning Meghan as a featured personality rather than merely a subject.
This subtle adjustment contributes to an enhanced sense of status and celebrity for her.”
