Meghan Markle bags big opportunity after royal family postpones engagements

Meghan Markle would use the “temporary absence of the senior royals” to promote Sussex royal brand

Meghan Markle could utilise the absence of the royal family for her own benefit, claimed a royal commentator.

For the unversed, the royal family has postponed those engagements “that may appear to divert attention or distract from the election campaign.”

Tom Quinn told The Mirror that the Duchess of Sussex would use the “temporary absence of the senior royals” to promote her lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard.

The royal expert shared, “The British public will miss seeing and hearing about the royal family as they go into pre-Election shutdown mode so what could be more natural than turning their attention to the rebel royals.”

Tom added, “Far more important, at least from Meghan’s point of view, the temporary absence of the senior royals is a chance to promote the Sussex royal brand.”

The expert stated, “It’s great timing for Meghan who is seriously worried the hoots of derision that greeted the recent launch of her luxury jam will damage the future of her weirdly named online brand, American Riviera Orchard.”

Tom believes that Meghan “has gone into damage limitation mode and will seize this current opportunity with both hands.”
