Mark Consuelos Suggests He And Kelly Ripa “Spice It Up” To Nearby Construction Workers:

Things got a little wild on this morning’s Live with Kelly and Mark.

It all started when Kelly Ripa explained that it takes a lot for “trained New Yorkers” like she and Mark Consuelos, who “don’t react to sounds,” to take notice of loud noises. Eventually, Consuelos quipped that you “don’t have to be outside” to be exposed to such noises.

“I remember our dentist, we’d go and for like, it seemed like two years, they were doing construction to the building that was adjacent to it,” he recalled, imitating machinery noises. “And I was like, ‘Is that someone’s teeth getting drilled?’ He goes, ‘No, that’s next door.’”

Ripa and Consuelos shared that there is currently construction taking place on the home next door to their’s, meaning that they hear the construction noises in their bedroom.

“And I’m like yeah, should we make some noise and see what those guys next door say?” Consuelos joked, as he looked around and eventually raised his eyebrows.

Consuelos proceeded to slap the desk four times, as Ripa looked back at him, stunned.

“Yeehaw!” Consuelos quipped. “I don’t know. Spice it up for them.”

After a bout of laughter, Ripa asked, “Is that your idea of spicing it up? Banging sounds and yeehaw?”

Consuelos later offered up “horse noises” and “elephant [noises],” prompting Ripa to urge him, “Say less!”

After more laughter, she insisted, “None of that happens. For the record.”

Later on, during their daily round of “Stump Mark,” they met a contestant whose picture was taken in Disney World’s Magic Kingdom park.

“Didn’t you used to take your dates there?” Ripa asked Consuelos.

Consuelos replied, “Well I lived in Florida, so you know, you’d run out of things to do. And sometimes we’d go to Disney World.”

While Ripa insisted “that’s fun” and “it’s not a judgment,” Consuelos claimed that as opposed to a date, it was “more like a thing you did with your girlfriend.”

Consuelos shared that they also had “grad night,” where “the high school seniors would spend the night in Disney World.”

After Ripa gushed that grad night “sounds incredible,” she proceeded to grill Consuelos further.

“I don’t want to upset your delicate sensibilities, but did you have any hook-ups?” she asked.

Consuelos completely dodged the question, proceeding to share the directions for the “Stump Mark” game. However, Ripa wouldn’t have that, as she opted to cut him off.

“This is the same man that — I’m sorry, I have to interrupt,” she exclaimed. “This is the same man that, six minutes ago, likened our bedroom to the animal kingdom.”

Consuelos replied, “No! I just wanted to make — like, scandalize the guys next door.”

“The construction workers?” Ripa asked, which Consuelos confirmed.

Ripa conceded, “OK. Back to the rules.”
