Without Revealing The Identity Of Her New Boyfriend, The ‘American Idol’ Alum-Turned-Television Show Host Admits She Is In A ‘Very Happy’ Relationship.
I am very happy, yes, ma’am. Boo’ed up? I think it’s more sophisticated than boo’ed up … Definitely not an entanglement. That’s for sure,” the chart-topping star told “CBS Mornings”.
Jennifer and Common – whose real name is Lonnie Lynn – were first linked to each other in 2022, when they were spotted out and about together. The celebrity duo previously worked together on the movie “Breathe“, and Jennifer even addressed the rumours in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.
In response to the speculation, Jennifer shared, “People create their narratives of it and it’s like, OK, you know, how you feel. We shot a film together and he played my husband. We gotta eat in between those moments.”
Meanwhile, Jennifer launched her own talk show in 2022, and the pop star previously confessed to being inspired by Oprah Winfrey. The award-winning star hailed Oprah, 69, for creating a “blueprint.” Jennifer told E! News, “You know, Oprah’s it. Those shows are embedded in all of us. They’re there and they’re the blueprint.”
Jennifer has already enjoyed huge success during her career, including winning an Oscar for her starring role in the 2006 musical “Dreamgirls“. But the “Spotlight” hitmaker insisted that she won’t be resting on her laurels.
She said, “It’s all there from the heart. I’m following my heart. I love people, I love talking, and so, y’all gonna give me a couch and a camera to talk to, where’s it at? Who you want me to talk to?”
