Holly Willoughby friend opens up about This Morning’s workplace culture

Dr. Scott Miller addressed allegations of bullying on set

Dr. Scott Miller from This Morning has discussed the show’s workplace culture and environment following his reunion with Holly Willoughby.

In an exclusive interview with The Sun, he also addressed allegations of bullying on set.

In addition to hosting Channel 4’s Vet on the Hill, Scott is a familiar face on ITV’s This Morning. He shared insights about the behind-the-scenes dynamics of the popular daytime program during his conversation with The Sun.

“I’ve experienced support and kindness from the entire team, top to bottom.”

“The production team are friends and they are really good at what they do. And then, you know, everyone on camera, the sort of This Morning family, we’re all great mates.

“So it’s not my experience at all,” he added in response to the allegations against This Morning being a “toxic workplace” with “bullying” behind the scenes. ”

The allegations surfaced last year when numerous current and former ITV employees reported issues regarding the show. However, Scott emphasised that his experience on This Morning has been quite different.

He also mentioned that he has maintained his friendship with Holly since her departure from the show.

“It was wonderful to see Holly at the NTAs. Even though we didn’t win, she came over to say hi, and we took some photos together. She’s truly a fantastic lady,” he expressed warmly.

Scott and Holly enjoyed a public reunion at the 2024 National Television Awards, where he was representing This Morning.

His remarks come just weeks after he was hospitalised due to a severe back injury. In a previous interview with The Sun, Scott shared the dramatic details of that incident.
