Deborra-Lee Furness’ reaction to Hugh Jackman’s romance rumors revealed

Hugh Jackman’s ex-wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, is reportedly “seething with rage” over the Hollywood star’s rumored romance with Broadway actress Sutton Foster.

Jackman and Furness announced their separation in September 2023 after nearly 30 years of marriage, and he is now said to be dating Foster.

According to RadarOnline, Furness is particularly upset about being the “last to know” about the relationship, feeling blindsided by Jackman and his close friends Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, who allegedly stayed silent about the romance.

In regards to this, the publication claimed, “They kept their lips sealed out of loyalty to Hugh” while adding, “Deb feels cheated by all three because someone could have told her what was happening.”

Additionally, Jackman is reportedly planning to introduce Foster to his and Furness’ children, Oscar and Ava during the holiday season.

However, as per Daily Mail’s reports, Furness is opposed to the idea, stating that she is not keen on having a “blended” family Christmas.

Meanwhile, Jackman and Foster first worked together in the Broadway revival of The Music Man, which ran from February 2022 to January 2023 at the Winter Garden Theatre in Manhattan.

Furthermore, while the rumored couple is keeping their relationship lowkey, they are said to be committed to making it work.

It is worth mentioning that Jackman and Furness’ divorce announcement shocked fans with the couple stating in a joint statement, “Our journey now is shifting, and we have decided to separate to pursue our individual growth.”
