The 34-Year-Old Former American Footballer Thinks That The Kansas City Chiefs Tight End’s Relationship With The Pop Star Is Going To Boost His On-Field Performances This Season.
Rob Gronkowski thinks Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s romance is “great” for the NFL. The 34-year-old former American footballer has praised the Kansas City Chiefs star as a “great guy,” and he thinks Travis’ newfound love is an all-round positive.
Speaking about Travis, Rob told Extra, “He’s a lot of fun to be around. He’s a great guy, a lot of great personality, and just overall just ready to get after it at any time.”
“I met Travis, actually, for the very first time, like, when we really hit it off, he came to Gronk Beach … in Vegas a year and a half ago at the NFL draft. He came onstage and we had an absolutely insane dance-off … he can move! He’s got some serious tip flip and we can get low. He can groove.”
Rob also thinks the pair’s romance is going to help Travis’ on-field performances this season. He added, “[Travis]s dominating, he’s going to have another thousand yards, most likely this year.”
Former New England Patriots star Rob, who regularly teamed up with Tom Brady to score touchdowns for the side, is regarded as one of the greatest players of all time in his and Travis’ position, tight end. And the star, who is nicknamed “Gronk,” admitted he always played better if his partner, model Camille Kostek, attended games.
He said, “Camille was at some of my games and I told her that, you know, ‘If I score a touchdown or two touchdowns this game, then we’re going to do this, then we’re gonna go on this trip.’ And then I always end up scoring that touchdown or the two touchdowns that I told her I needed to score in order for us to go on that trip, so yes, I play better when she is in the stands.”
On Saturday, November 11, Taylor planted a kiss on her boyfriend Travis following her “Eras Tour” show at Buenos Aires’ Estadio River Plate. During the show, Taylor had changed the lyrics to her song “Karma” to reflect her romance with the Chiefs star. She sang, “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs coming straight home to me.”
