Kelly Ripa Calls Out “Potheads” On ‘Live’ After They jeer Her:

Some cookie monsters in the Live with Kelly and Mark audience got the best of Kelly Ripa this morning.

On today’s episode, Ripa shared that two “fan-favorite” Girl Scout cookies are being discontinued. While she and Mark Consuelos were happy to learn that Samoas (sometimes known as “Caramel deLites”) were not on the chopping block, Ripa confirmed that S’mores and Toast-Yay! cookies are saying goodbye, the latter of which are described as “tiny French toast treats.”

“I would pour that in a bowl and put milk on it,” she said.

However, what Ripa eventually said “blew [her] mind” was learning that you can purchase Girl Scout cookies online.

“I’ve been relying on my dealers,” she quipped. “And I don’t need my dealers. I don’t need them. It’s like marijuana. You can get it anywhere now.”

Ripa then earned a round of applause, prompting her to tease the section of the audience where the appreciation came from.

“That is wild that you guys just applauded that,” she quipped. “That is wild. Even for you guys, that’s wild.”

As Ripa and Consuelos planned their Girl Scout cookie order, Consuelos mentioned Thin Mints, which Ripa then admitted she’s not a fan of.

“I don’t like Thin Mints. I don’t like them. There, I said it,” she confessed.

As the same rowdy section of the audience booed her admission, Ripa got riled up.

“You shut up!” she exclaimed, proceeding to approach the audience with a crumpled piece of paper.

“You know what? They’re a bunch of potheads down there!” she joked, pointing toward the same culprits. “This whole section!”

Consuelos chimed in, “Yeah, you lady!”

“Wave to your families, potheads! The potheads like the Thin Mints. No surprise there! They dip them in the peanut butter at home,” Ripa added. “How did Girl Scout cookies turn so violent?”
