The new season will see the return of the series regulars, including Karl Urban (Billy Butcher), Jack Quaid (Hughie Campbell), Erin Moriarty (Starlight), Laz Alonso (Mother’s Milk), Tomer Capone (Frenchie), Jessie T. Usher (A-Train) and Karen Fukuhara (Kimiko).

New cast members joining “The Boys” season 5 include Mason Dye as Bombsight, Daveed Diggs in an undisclosed role, Susan HeywardValorie Curry as well as Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

The fifth and final season of “The Boys” is set to premiere on Prime Video in 2026.

[SPOILER ALERT!] While speaking to TV Guide, Kripke hinted that not everyone will survive the final season. “Anyone who dies in season 5 will richly deserve it. We have a certain sense of who lives and who dies, but we don’t have it all totally figured out,” he teased. “But you get to do the final season of a show and go out on your own terms, so not everyone’s making it through.”

In the comics, several major characters meet their demise in the final storyline, but it remains to be seen whether the Prime Video series will follow suit.
