The Live! hosts chose to reference the footballer and popstar’s trip to the 2024 US Open
ABC’s Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos dressed up as Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce for Halloween as the Live! Hosts drew inspiration from the couple’s trip to the 2024 US Open Final where Jannik Sinner became the men’s singles champion.
Ripa wore a red-and-white checkered dress to mimic the Eras Tour star whilst Consuelos wore the white shirt and shorts donned by the NFL tight end in a preview for their Only Halloween in the Building special show.
They even committed to the part in full as the 54-year-old copied the accessories Swift wore such as the oval sunglasses and brown sandals whilst her co-host added the cardigan and bucket hat to complete the look.

“[Kelce] seems like a great guy and he’s funny,” Consuelos said to USA Today. “Who knows? He may see it and [be like], ‘Who’s that short guy trying to come off as me?'”
Meanwhile Ripa had a hilarious moment as she admitted she didn’t even recognise that she was supposed to be imitating the billionaire popstar, who was voted as Time’s Person of the Year in 2023.
“I didn’t know what that was by the way,” Ripa told USA Today in a video. “I didn’t know what he was and I didn’t know what I was.”

Now 14 months into their relationship, Kelce and Swift are a very popular Halloween costumes for kids and adults too with grown-ups choosing to find some Kansas City Chiefs attire and to take a trip through the singer’s wardrobe to find an outfit to put together.
For example, one of Swift’s Eras Tour costume themes can be purchased via Amazon for under $50 dollars whilst a blonde wig is available for an extra $26, whilst Chiefs’ jerseys can be picked up via eBay for $55.
