Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’ three children are each growing up. For some of them, their path after leaving home has brought them to an entirely different country. The Live hosts’ daughter Lola has settled across the pond in London. Keep reading to see what she’s doing there.
Kelly Ripa & Mark Consuelos’ Kids Have Grown Up
Mark and Kelly have three kids together. Their oldest Michael Consuelos is 27 years old and hasn’t strayed too far from home. He lives in Brooklyn and works on the Real Housewives of New York franchise. Michael is also working on some of his own solo projects as an actor and writer.
Their youngest child, Joaquin, is 21 years old. He is currently a senior in college at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. Joaquin is making a name for himself on the varsity wrestling team at school.
Middle-child Lola, 23, has been pursuing a career as a musician. After graduating from New York University, she moved back in with her parents for a while but ultimately decided to move to London.
Apparently, Kelly Ripa’s daughter spent a semester abroad in London. While there, she fell in love with the city and made plans to eventually move there after graduation with Cassius, her boyfriend.
Lol Consuelos Shares Look At Life In London
Over the weekend, Lola posted a glimpse of her life in London. The photos showed her in a plaid blazer and button-up shirt. She paired it with a gingham skirt and beret. It seemed like it was the ultimate English outfit. She also included a couple of photos of a carnival she attended.
In the caption, Lola wrote, “Moves to London and immediately starts dressing like this.”
Mom Kelly Ripa was one of the first people to comment on the post, writing, “Posh.” Several fans commented with their thoughts as well.
- “Mixing plaids. Not everyone can pull that off. My husband can and so can you! Chic,” one person wrote, referring to her outfit.
- Another said that she favored her mom. “Gosh, you look so much like your beautiful mama here! Two lovely ladies!” they wrote.
- A third person exclaimed, “What? You moved to London?? What will your mother do without you! Keep being YOU! You’re amazing.”
Lola recently made a trip back to New York to visit home for the first time in nine months. Her mom was excited to see her but was disappointed about one thing.
Kelly Ripa said that she looked and sounded like her daughter when she arrived home. However, friends came over and told Lola that she sounded British. Joking with her, Mark Consuelos asked if she spoke like “Madonna back in the day.”
“No, I’m very disappointed, like I thought she’d be full British by now,” Kelly joked in response. Mark pointed out that because the family is very close, they likely hadn’t noticed a change because they speak with her frequently.
It’s not clear when Lola will make her way back home again, but she’s certainly living her best life in London.
